Where on your website can I find the program to dowload for portugal maps without paying for them ? I already paid for your dam gps navigation. I'm taking it to portugal, & if I have to pay you a penny more to download for europe, your sadly mistaken, I will take it back to the store if I don't get a free download.

My system crashed while I was installing the map of North America. I called customer support and they were so good at helping me get my maps back and now my system is up and running perfect. I have a Tom Tom XL IQ routes. Search the contact number from the home page and give them a call. be ready with your serial number which you could read off the base of the GPS.

Hi, I agree with you. In some cases means free not that maps are free to download, but you are free to pay for them. What is non sense. However if you see free, you click there and thats count.
Anyway is there any site where can we really find free maps? At least EUROPE? I have TomTom One Classic, by the way this model of navigation is not already available on TomTom website. Defaultly are there maps of Central Europe and Main roads of East Europe. I would like to update it for whole europe, but I do not know how. Or pay 40 euro for maps on some sites, however without assurance of correctness, because those are not official TomTom.
