Composition of main vacuum system
The vacuum system in the vacuum gas phase drying equipment includes two parts: the main vacuum system and the leakage pump system.
The main vacuum system consists of main pump (roots vacuum pump), front stage pump (rotary vane vacuum pump or slide valve vacuum pump), front stage condenser, intermediate condenser, exhaust separator, water vapor pressure gauge, pipeline, valve and other components, which are used to vacuum the vacuum tank in preparation stage, high vacuum stage and vacuum pump oil.
Although the kerosene in the vacuum chamber is basically discharged in the step-down phase, there is still residual kerosene in the insulating material. Therefore, in the high vacuum phase, the gas entering the main vacuum system still contains a certain amount of kerosene vapor, which will be condensed into liquid in the front condenser and the middle condenser, while the water vapor in the gas will be discharged by the front pump and condensed and collected in the exhaust condenser.
The two front stage pumps are also responsible for the task of emergency evacuation in case of gas turnover alarm of heat generator and vacuum tank. The emergency evacuation is carried out through the pipeline of valve 3 through the main condenser of the condensation system. The condenser is used to ensure the condensation of kerosene hot gas during evacuation. It is false to make kerosene vapor less enter the vacuum unit.
