Can one download Europe maps to it if one takes the GPs on a car trip to Europe?
It's difficult to get devices that work both NA and Europe.

I think Nuvi 370 have both US and Europe loaded but don't know much about its working and specifications.

There a DVD called MetroGuide® Europe v9 for Garmin.
You can just download it to your device and voila! you have it.
