Recently, I found out that GPS can monitor employee's billing and labor rate, a company doesn't need to worry and rely only on the amount of time their employees have spent on doing their job, GPS incorporates billing and payroll functions in one, which definitely and obviously saves a lot of time and money for the company.

If that is the case, then there will be some sort of a decrease on the needed labor force in one's company, right? No salary operators, no supervisors, et al.

We are talking about how GPS could help various companies in minimizing their cost and monitor employees' performances, I didn't mention that the GPS would take full or partial control of the company's human labor force.

I believe rainman is correct, I have also read the use of GPS for monitoring employees' performances, its basically for monitoring, because this gadget is not a robot, its just a tool to help minimize effort, time and the money that company spends for daily expenses.
