Lockheed Martin modernized GPS Satellites   
Lockheed Martin is primary contractor who supports GPS Satellites on orbit. They have completed the latest round of modernization of Global Positioning System Block IIR (GPS IIR-M). As we know Block I and II are not in service at this time.

Block IIRs
According to "GPS Wing Fact Sheet" Block IIRs began replacing older Block II/IIAs on 22 July 1997.
