I have MediaTec GPS for mesurement signal GSM with TEMS application, when I connect GPS to laptop and running TEMS my GPS has been detect by Laptop as Com Port, but when I turn on GPS from TEMS the GPS cannot work (disconnected) tx

i think you must replace your GPS your GPS not support for your TEMS
