GPS jammer legal in car ?

Hi all,

I am tracked by my employer wherever I was traveling in my personal car, for personal reasons, I suspect it might be due to a GPS tracking device planted in my car, could you please suggest me if it is legal to use GPS jammer. If not please let me know how to handle this situation.
