GPS for Auto and Boat
I need a good GPS for the car that I can use in my boat with a good navigation features. It needs to be waterproof and I need a connector to add an external antenna.

You can try Garmin 378 or 478 as it has both city navigator and offshore maps as well as mounts for both boat and car. Won't give you TTS tho.

Just look at the Magellan Crossover series it might be worth looking at. It may fulfill most of your requirement for GPS.
