I have my phone with GPS installed on it. I use this phone as my GPS navigator and was wondering if this phone is lost or stolen, can I track this phone to its location using built it GPS capability?

I don't mind others to track me if they get my phone, I am more interested in tracking my GPS phone if its lost for instance.
