MarshallSoft GPS Component   
Today I downloaded MarshallSoft GPS Component which is Visual Basic Win32 DLL. It allows developer to decode NMEA 183 signals a GPS receiver connected to the RS232 port which is serial or course, but can I use USB port with this?
