NYC taxi strike over GPS
NYC taxi drivers are about to strike in September over rules requiring them to install GPS Devices so that they can be tracked. This resistance came from most of the yellow cab drivers. But what is so bad about GPS in the cab, passanger will feel more safer anyway?

I agree. As a passenger, this will benefit me a lot. I would suggest any passenger can also access the gps device just so I cannot be fooled by the driver when he starts to go a longway instead of a shortcut just so he earns more. :)
