Problem my Garmin 200w
I have recently bought Garmin 200w. The problem with it is that it takes about 10-20 minutes to find the satellite signal.Do i have to reset the unit for it to work properly. Or is there a problem with the device. Should i return it for another..

My Garmin Nuvi 200w takes over 10 minutes to get a satellite signal as well. when i contacted Garmin they told me to do a reset, which did not work. i am very frustrated with these device. Has anyone recieved a new one from Garmin that can pick up a signal within a few minutes.

My Garmin Nuvi locks in within 50 seconds to the satellite. May be you are living in the area with tall trees. Locking in 10 to 20 minutes is definitely not normal.

My unit does not show local roads and streets. When driving, the "car" image is not on the highway. Much of the map data is missing.
