Can any one suggest me a good tracking device which would record track data from the received GPS signal?

GlobalSat DG-100 GPS datalogger
GlobalSat DG-100 GPS datalogger is a good tracking device which I would suggest you to use. It records your GPS position over time and so you can later review all your tracked data with this device.
